We want to take the pressure out of taking measurements. Your designer will help you with measurements. If there is a mistake for any reason, we will work with you to make it fit right. Walls are never 100% straight so all kitchen companies will use some filler pieces, but with over 3,500 sizes we can keep this to a minimum.

We check measurements with the contractor when possible, so we have the best chance of a quick and easy installation. In case something was different on site, we would remake the requisite cabinets and ship them as a remedial order. Naturally the original cabinets would need to be returned.

We cover everything arising from a manufacturing defect.

Our kitchens are built to last. All our products are engineered and tested extensively. We use the same premium materials and hardware as other high-end brands that are 2-3 times the price.

Delivered on time or we will refund 1% each business day.

Our clients value knowing when their cabinets will arrive, so they can plan ahead. Once your order is confirmed with the factory, production will be scheduled and you will receive a ‘factory quoted delivery date’. This is calculated by the planning department and includes a small buffer. If your order is delayed beyond the ‘factory quoted delivery date’, we will refund 1% each business day.

The FORM design process is streamlined so it takes less of your time and can be completed in 3 - 6 weeks. Naturally it may take longer during busy periods.

Our cabinets are made-to-order and shipped from Germany so we advise 4-8 weeks for manufacturing depending on the time of year and an additional 6-10 weeks for shipping. East coast orders are likely to be closer to 6 weeks shipping and west coast orders are likely to be 8+ weeks shipping.

Yes, for orders over $15,000 our prices include free contiguous U.S. shipping.

Orders below this threshold will incur a $1,500 processing and shipping fee to help cover our costs. We hope to remove this over time as we get more efficient processes in place.
